SINERA TAB is a combination tablet designed to provide relief from symptoms associated with the common cold, flu, and allergies. It combines paracetamol (a pain reliever and fever reducer), chlorpheniramine (an antihistamine), phenylephrine (a nasal decongestant), and caffeine (a stimulant) to relieve pain, nasal congestion, sneezing, and fatigue, while also helping improve alertness.

Indications
- Fever and Pain: For the relief of mild to moderate pain (headaches, body aches) and fever associated with colds or flu.
- Nasal Congestion: For the relief of nasal congestion due to colds, flu, or sinusitis.
- Allergic Rhinitis: To alleviate symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes due to allergies.
- Cold and Flu Symptoms: Provides combined relief from multiple symptoms including fever, congestion, headache, and fatigue.
Dosage and Administration
Route of Administration: Oral syrup.
Typical dose for adults: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4 tablets per day.
Typical dose for children (age 12 years and older): 1 tablet every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4 tablets per day, or as directed by a healthcare provider.
Administration: Take the tablet with a full glass of water, with or without food.
Precautions
Drowsiness: Chlorpheniramine can cause drowsiness. Caution is advised when operating machinery or driving.
Alcohol Use: Avoid alcohol as it can enhance the sedative effects of chlorpheniramine and increase the risk of side effects.
Hypertension and Heart Disease: Phenylephrine may increase blood pressure, so use cautiously in individuals with high blood pressure or heart disease.
Liver Disease: Since paracetamol is metabolized in the liver, use cautiously in individuals with liver impairment. Do not exceed the recommended dose to avoid liver damage.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Consult a healthcare provider before using SINERA TAB during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as the ingredients may affect the baby.
Caffeine Sensitivity: The caffeine in this product can cause nervousness, increased heart rate, or insomnia. Limit intake of other caffeine-containing products while using SINERA TAB.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity: Contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to paracetamol, chlorpheniramine, phenylephrine, caffeine, or any other components of the tablet.
Severe Hypertension or heart disease: Not recommended for patients with uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmias, or other severe cardiovascular conditions.
Liver Disease: Contraindicated in patients with severe liver impairment.
MAOIs (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors): Should not be used within 14 days of taking MAOIs, due to the risk of serious interactions.
