Nebivolol

Nebivolol acts primarily by blocking beta-1 adrenergic receptors in the heart, leading to a slower heart rate and reduced force of contraction. It may also dilate blood vessels by increasing the release of nitric oxide, a naturally occurring substance in the body2.
